Circles

Enharmony Circles are a free monthly, one hour live session designed to help founders and builders lead with more clarity, steadiness, and human depth. Each circle gives you a real experience of the Enharmony approach while connecting with the facilitators and like minded people, with practical reflection, guided facilitation, and space to connect with others doing meaningful work.

  • Each session follows a consistent flow.

    • a short arrival and grounding practice

    • one theme and one clear question

    • small group breakouts or a guided round robin

    • a return to the room for highlights, insights, and integration

    • a calm close with a simple next step

You can join once, or return regularly. Each circle stands on its own.

  • Enharmony Circles are for people building and leading in complex environments, especially founders, operators, product leaders, and emerging leaders who want to strengthen how they think, relate, and act under pressure.

  • To protect the quality of the room, we ask for a few basics.

    • join live, and arrive on time where possible

    • keep confidentiality, share from experience, and listen with respect

    • cameras on where you can, passing is always allowed

    • come ready to reflect, not to perform

  • Circles are free and run once a month. Places are limited and allocated on a first come first serve basis.

When you register, we will email you with details of the next upcoming circle, including the session time and joining link. We will also send a reminder closer to the session.

  • Circles are facilitated by Ibrahim and Asim.

Enharmony is intentionally kept small and relational. Every cohort begins with a short introduction call to understand your context, intentions, and fit.

We aim to make the program accessible to most people who are ready to do the work. Each cohort reserves 1–2 sponsorship seats for individuals who may not have financial access but show deep commitment and alignment.

Human skills are rising faster than technical skills.

According to global studies, demand for social and emotional skills is rising by 26 percent, resilience and agility rank in the top 3 skills, and AI-age leadership now depends on empathy, presence, and human connection.
