The story of Enharmony
Ibrahim and Asim met in 2007 while working at Google. What connected them wasn’t the company but a shared sense that work, when grounded in ethics and care, could serve something far greater than business.
Both were deeply drawn to the whole spectrum of human potential. Not just what people could produce, but who they could become. Their conversations often returned to the same themes. What makes a leader trustworthy? How do we build teams and ventures / systems that also honour the inner life? Where does meaning and wisdom fit in a world obsessed with output and speed?
These weren’t abstract ideas. Alongside their professional work, both were exploring spiritual practice, inner development, and the limits of conventional success. They began (This self exploration went hand in hand with) offering workshops and training in communities across the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Not to teach productivity, but to support inner exploration, presence, clarity, meaning and human dignity.
Over time, it became clear that the tools of modern work were missing something essential. So they each stepped away. Ibrahim immersed himself in contemplative traditions and became a teacher of mindfulness and emotional intelligence, and subsequently went to train thousands of professionals across organizations, varying from Google, Sony and the United Nations to the African Development Bank and the ministries of the UAE. Asim co-founded Mamo, weaving human values into the heart of a startup, while continuing his journey through spiritual immersion and leadership work.
Years later, they’ve come back into collaboration. Not to repeat what’s been done, but to offer something new.
Enharmony is the result. A space for leaders to grow and expand into wholeness - in self, work, and relationships. A path rooted in presence, ethics, emotional depth, and the quiet courage to lead from within, to ultimately become stewards (of this planet).
It is not another productivity hack. It is an invitation to wholeness. And a belief that leadership, when aligned with the heart, can restore harmony to how we live, how we work, and ultimately, bring harmony in the world we are all creating together.
Join the next cohort
Enharmony is intentionally kept small and relational. Every cohort begins with a short introduction call to understand your context, intentions, and fit.
The cost and investment is shared transparently in that conversation, so we can explore the best structure for you.
We aim to make the program accessible to most people who are ready to do the work. Each cohort reserves 1–2 sponsorship seats for individuals who may not have financial access but show deep commitment and alignment.
